About Rejection Categories
- Bot/Automated: Reviews identified as generated by automated systems, bots, or scripts through behavioral analysis and device fingerprinting.
- Incentivized: Reviews where evidence suggests the reviewer received compensation, free products, or other incentives in exchange for the review.
- Duplicate: Reviews that are substantially similar to existing reviews on our platform or other platforms, including paraphrased content.
- Insufficient Detail: Reviews that lack meaningful content, such as single-word reviews or reviews that do not describe a genuine app experience.
- Inappropriate Content: Reviews containing hate speech, harassment, spam links, or content that violates our community guidelines.

All data in this report reflects reviews processed through our 5-step verification system during the stated period. "Submitted" includes all review attempts that reached our processing pipeline. "Approved" reviews have passed all verification steps and are published on our platform. "Rejected" reviews failed one or more verification steps.
Rejection categories are assigned based on the primary reason for rejection. In cases where a review triggers multiple rejection criteria, only the first detected reason is counted. We publish this report quarterly within 30 days of the quarter's end. Previous reports are available upon request at transparency@verifiedappreviews.com.
