3. User Accounts and Review Submission

To submit a review, you may need to provide certain personal information for verification purposes. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Submit reviews based only on your genuine personal experience with the app
• Not submit more than one review per app
• Not submit reviews on behalf of others or for compensation
• Not attempt to manipulate, game, or deceive our verification system

4. Review Content Guidelines

All submitted reviews must comply with the following guidelines:

• Reviews must be based on actual personal experience with the app
• Reviews must not contain hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks
• Reviews must not include profanity, obscenity, or explicit content
• Reviews must not contain spam, advertising, or promotional content

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or edit any review that violates these guidelines, fails our verification process, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

5. Verification Process

All submitted reviews undergo our 5-step verification process. By submitting a review, you consent to this verification process, which includes bot detection, identity verification, usage confirmation, pattern analysis, and human moderation. Reviews that do not pass verification will not be published. We are not obligated to explain specific verification results or disclose the details of our anti-fraud technology.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted reviews), features, and functionality are owned by VerifiedAppReviews and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

By submitting a review, you grant VerifiedAppReviews a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your review content in connection with the Service. You retain ownership of your review content.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service
• Attempt to circumvent our verification or security measures
• Engage in review manipulation, including review bombing or astroturfing
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the Service, the accuracy or completeness of any content, or the results that may be obtained from use of the Service. While we strive for accuracy in our Real Scores and verification processes, we do not guarantee that all published reviews are genuine or that all fake reviews are detected.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VerifiedAppReviews, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
