1. Overview

VerifiedAppReviews respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through our platform, please follow the procedures outlined below.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content hosted on VerifiedAppReviews infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed, including information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material. Please provide the specific URL(s) of the page(s) containing the allegedly infringing content.
4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which VerifiedAppReviews may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the original complaining party does not file a court action seeking to restrain the content provider from engaging in infringing activity within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notification, we will restore the removed content.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. If you believe that a user is a repeat infringer, please provide information sufficient for us to verify this claim.

5. Good Faith

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. We recommend that you consult with a legal advisor before filing a DMCA notice or counter-notification.
