The crime heat maps, noise levels, and commute times help evaluate the neighborhood, not just the house. Where you live matters as much as what you live in. Trulia gets this.
Basically Zillow with a different skin
Since Zillow bought Trulia, the listings are the same database. The neighborhood focus is the only differentiator. Not sure why both apps need to exist under one company.
