Packs are game-changing
Coda Packs connect to Slack, Jira, Google services, and more, pulling live data into your docs. A doc that shows real-time Jira tickets alongside your project notes is incredibly powerful.
Too niche for mainstream adoption

Onboarding is a challenge

The AI assistant in Coda helps write formulas, summarize tables, and generate content. It's well-integrated into the doc editing experience rather than feeling tacked on.
