Best shopping app period
I order everything from here. Prime delivery is insanely fast and the app makes it so easy to find what I need. Returns are hassle-free too.
Great but too many sponsored results
The app works well for shopping but I wish they would tone down the sponsored products. Sometimes the first 10 results are all ads and I have to scroll forever to find organic results.
Getting worse with fakes
Ive been using Amazon for years but lately the quality has gone downhill. Ordered what I thought was a genuine product and got a cheap knockoff. Their review system is also full of fake reviews which is ironic.
Cannot imagine life without it
Between Prime Video, free shipping, and the grocery delivery, this app is worth every penny of the membership. The app itself is smooth and well-designed.
Good app, battery drain is real
Love the convenience but noticed it drains my battery significantly when running in the background. Otherwise its a solid shopping experience.
Customer service has declined
The app works fine technically but the customer service has really gone downhill. Had an issue with a damaged item and it took 3 weeks and multiple contacts to get it resolved. Used to be so much better.
Subscribe & Save is a game changer
I set up subscribe and save for all my household essentials and it saves me a ton of money and time. The app makes managing subscriptions really easy.
Reliable but the app is bloated
Does everything I need it to do but the app has become massive. Takes up a lot of storage and sometimes feels sluggish on my older phone. The core shopping experience is still good though.
Prices arent always the best
People assume Amazon has the lowest prices but thats not always true. I often find better deals at Walmart or Target. The convenience factor is what keeps me coming back.
AR view feature is awesome
Being able to see furniture and items in my room using the AR feature has been amazing. Saved me from making several wrong purchases. Great innovation.
Solid app with room for improvement
The search could be better - sometimes I search for something specific and get completely unrelated results. But overall the shopping experience is smooth and delivery is fast.
Third party sellers are a problem
Bought a "new" item from a third party seller and received something that was clearly used and repackaged. Amazon needs to do better at vetting their sellers.
Perfect for gift shopping
The wishlists and gift options make holiday shopping so easy. Love being able to send gifts directly to people with gift receipts included. The app handles everything seamlessly.
Too many notifications
Even after adjusting settings I still get bombarded with deal notifications and recommendations. The shopping part is fine but the constant marketing is annoying.
Best for price comparison
I use the barcode scanner to check prices when Im in physical stores. Saves me money all the time. The app is basically my shopping assistant at this point.
Pharmacy feature is underrated
Started using Amazon Pharmacy and the savings on my prescriptions are insane. The app makes it super easy to manage and refill. This alone makes the Prime membership worth it.
Wish the app was less confusing
Theres SO much going on in this app. Between the shopping, video, music, games, pharmacy... its trying to do too much. Just want a clean shopping experience.
Delivery tracking is excellent
The real-time delivery tracking with the map showing exactly where your package is - thats brilliant. Makes the whole experience feel premium.
Good deals during sales events
Prime Day and Black Friday deals through the app are genuinely good. The lightning deals feature keeps things exciting. Just wish the regular prices were more competitive.
Whole Foods integration is perfect
Ordering groceries from Whole Foods through the Amazon app and getting them delivered in 2 hours is amazing. The integration between the two is seamless and the prices with Prime discount are reasonable.
